Dental Health Insurance

We are happy to file your insurance claims on your behalf. We understand that dental benefits can be confusing, so our team is here to help you navigate and maximize your benefits so you receive the treatment you need.

If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, we can reach out to your insurance provider and find out your coverage for the recommended treatment plan. Coordinating dental care isn’t always easy, and we strive to go above and beyond to make this a convenient and comfortable experience for you.

We offer a wide range of dental services. If you have any questions regarding treatment options, Dr. Santars is available for a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns.

First visit

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

    • A list of medications you are presently taking.
    • If you have dental insurance, bring the account information or the coverage card.

This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

PreMedication

If you have artificial joints like hip or knee replacement or a heart condition, please let us know if you need to take an antibiotic before your dental work, we can help remind you when confirming your dental appointments.

PA Days
A great opportunity for dental appointments for children is on PA Days (Professional Activity Days). This can be a convenient time to see your kids for their dental checkups without disrupting their school schedule.

Airway Focused Dentistry 
We believe that properly functioning airway is vital for normal growth and function. We encourage everyone to make a step to breathing though the nose.


Winter Holiday Hours
During the winter holidays, our office will be closed. However, you can still reach out by calling the office to get direct emergency number, and Dr. Santars will try her best to assist you either over the phone or in the clinic. This will help avoid long waits in the hospital, especially during busy holiday times.
